Compact DMCX pumps Dellmeco DMCX 10, 20, 50, 130, etc.
The pumps of the compact DMCX DELLMECO series are pneumatic double diaphragm pumps, which are volumetric pumps that pump liquid through two diaphragms, driven by compressed air.
The housings in contact with the liquid are made of conductive polyethylene.
These pumps can be used for pumping flammable liquids, as well as when used in fire and explosion hazardous areas. In this case, the pumps must be grounded. The connection for grounding the pumps is located on the housing. All other parts of the pumps are in contact with each other, so there is no need to ground individual parts. Pipelines and shut-off valves must be grounded separately. To avoid ignition, the formation of dust on the pumps should be excluded. In fire- and explosion-hazardous premises, repairs are allowed only after careful clarification of expediency and only with the use of a special tool.
The maximum operating temperature for DMCX series pumps is 70 °C.
