SEMI DMS Series pumps Dellmeco DMS 10T, 10H, 50S, 10E, 20E, etc.
DELLMECO's SEM I (DMS Series) pumps have been developed specifically for the semiconductor industry.
The entire assembly process of these unique pumps is carried out in a particularly clean room of class 100 with double cleaning of parts, testing on deionized water and, finally, sealed packaging in plastic film.
All parts of SEMI T and SEMI H series pumps in contact with liquid are made of PTFE and TFM.
The pump housing of the SEMI E series, in contact with the liquid, is made of UPPE (ultra-pure polyethylene).
