Pumps with integrated flow pulsation damper DMF Dellmeco DMF 10, DMF 20, etc.

Pumps with a built-in flow pulsation damper and with two separate working chambers DELLMECO (F series) are diaphragm (diaphragm) pumps with pneumatic drive, which are most often used in the printing industry to supply ink and glue in printing machines.
- The liquid is pumped through one of the chambers in which a damper is installed, smoothing the flow.
- The trouble-free operation of the pulsation damper is possible only with a back pressure equal to at least 1 bar and becomes more effective with increasing pressure.
- The second working chamber can be used as an extractor to remove, for example, ink from a flexographic machine or glue back into the feeding container.
- Another possibility is to use the second working chamber as a circulation pump.
- Ink circulation ensures their complete mixing and eliminates precipitation.
- The F-series pumps are made of conductive material and can be used for pumping flammable liquids, as well as for use in explosive environments.
Models: DMF 10, DMF 20.
